What are the chances my MAP or engine coolant temperature sensor is causing this issue?

It didn't jump around at all, I guess I'm trying the MAP sensor next. I am also willing to try the EKP but not sure about the programming of it.

I had to replace the entire head, unfortunately. Sponsored
