Beeping sound from the engine

Does anybody know what this beeping sound is? Beeping is coming from the engine bay after a drive. Here's a video of the sound. It turned off after 3 minutes.

Mine does something similar when it's hot, but not nearly as loud.

Sounds like the throttlebody actuating. You can hear a "clack" following the "beep" (servo whine).

Sounds like the Great Gazoo, which makes sense, Gazoo racing and all.
