Best after market carbon mirror caps?

I have a 2021 a91 edition that came with carbon mirror caps.. I had expel installed when the car was new and recently thought the ppf was peeling so I took it off the caps.
Unfortunately it took chunks of clear coat with it..( or the clear failed and allowed the ppf to peel?)

I don’t think oem replacements are worth the $1000-$1200.

So my question is what have you boys and girls found to be a good quality mirror cap replacement?

any recommendations would be great.

I don't think there's a better buy for $100. It's by no means perfect (on the edges where the mirror assembly meets the cap), but it's more than good enough for the price imo.

These are shortly after I installed it about 3-4 months ago. I can go take new pictures if you like.

OP- just sand the existing ones down to rid all clear, and re-clearcoat and install.

Install was quick and easy and the same as all the other mirror caps I looked at. Of course it felt like i was going to break something taking the originals off but everything worked fine just be patient. And look up some of the many YouTube install videos While doing it. Fitment was great. It was damn near 99.9%.

I bought these and they are cheaper and perfect. No blemishes. No problems with the edges. No fitment issues. Actual BMW hardware under the veneer of real carbon fibre. I've had these on the car for nearly a year now and they remain perfect.

I purchased the CF mirror replacement caps from Rexspeed.

all these aftermarket have pretty goof quality given the price, but their quality are all not as good as oem one

On a side note, is the clear coat peeling common problem with carbon fiber? My PPF shop recently said even on ADRO parts they were getting some clear coat peel.

they were certainly getting a lot of peel on my Chinese carbon hood and fenders

The PPF shop I went to who does the PPF for the local lambo and McLaren dealer told me they don’t put it on their mirrors either because of the same reason.

PPF shops will generally tell you what they want you to hear. Just tell them the shop down the road wants to use something other than whatever they're using and listen to their response. It's also amazing how they can spot faults in PPF work - as long as they didn't apply it. Absolute joke of an industry.
