the car is indeed with OPF. the problem will be related to operational issue or fitment ? if I do a an OPF removal from the exhaust will it work?

As far as i know, OPF cars have an extra sensor, with the sensor unplugged you'll get a check engine light.

I think it can be programmed out with Ecutek or if you do not want to flash the car you can get this opf/gpf simulation sensor.

I picked up a CG DS-1 from XPH to replace my catless downpipe. The CEL turned off within a week of driving and hasn't come back. Much less drone when cruising in the higher gears too.
