the MST intake with inlet provides the best performance and sound in my opinion

Injen open intake is a close second for half the price

Vouch, I have this model and the sound is quite nice. I haven't tested against other intakes for performance but what he said was the general consensus of everyone I've spoken with as well.

Thanks for your take on the MST. Think that may be a good option. Although did your prices go up? I thought I saw this before in the $425-450 range

Ive installed the MST intake and it sounds great. And the price bump is because of the additional inlet thats normally 100ish bucks added that replaces the place rubber inlet with a metal one.

combo with both

Hot damn that AWE looks good! would love to see a side-by-side of that, HKS and Eventuri.

There are advantages to having a carbon CAI system vs plastic (heat) but also you might find that a cheap intake has poor fitment. Hopefully owners could chime in here

Is there any real advantage to replacing the rubber inlet? Also, anyone compare/contrast MST with armaspeed?

I know the stock rubber inlet reduces some sound based just off the design look

Hey Mike what would you prefer the awe intake or the mst with the inlet. And is the inlet compatible with the awe intake. BTW I'm looking for more sound than looks. TIA

in my opinion, AWE looks better, MST sounds better. I don't know which one I would pick to be honest.

No info on the inlet being compatible with other brands, it has not been tested yet.
