I coded my supra to be in sport mode everytime it starts up but only one valve remains open, I still have to push the button in order for both valves to open, any way to code it so both are open once the vehicle starts?

The valve will stay closed for a minute or so until the cat heats up..
at least in my car with sport start up coded…
If you want the valve open all the time just unplug the actuator ( after the valve opens)

There's only one exhaust valve, it's on the passenger side.

Plenty of threads on this topic of keeping the exhaust valve open

Just pull the fuse for the valve actuation. That way it's constantly open.
