Is there any feature in BimmerCode that will allow me to have the exhaust valve open during cold start on my A90? As you guys probably know, the exhaust valve takes forever to finally open up after a cold start and it’s slightly irritating.

No, but BimmerLink allows you to manually control the valve. Just have to keep the OBD plugged in and app open while you’re driving.

~ I simply put the car into sport mode and pulled the fuse. Done. No dash lights, nor issues. Sounds amazing at cold start up and has a louder note when in normal mode.

Forgive the dumb question ... at what state was the car in when you pulled the fuse? (running, just powered up, ?)
~ car started … sport button pressed … fuse then removed (while the car is still running).

Thanks for this, I'm going to do this myself today. I wish we could code this, but if it's just a fuse pull, I'll gladly roll that way until I get a catback.
