Once or twice I had to go and repeatedly switch it until it worked. Back up against a wall and you'll also have an easier time hearing it switch, especially if you have a quieter exhaust.

Had to read this post. Not had a lick of problems from mine...Knock on wood. Have not tinkered with options...Is the throttle sensitivity controllable on the JB4?

@sams2k Hey, did you fixed it? I got mine working back again.
not yet
i open it from the JB4
but its open all the time
still dosent work properly from thr modes button(comfort/sport)
how you fix it?

So I actually just got the JB4 installed and did an update a few mins ago. People realize that when updating to v22, you're installing what is listed as an "alpha" version? At least the way I read it in the app, which isn't the most elegant interface. You should expect bugs with the firmware in an alpha (and beta for that matter) branch and run v20 if you want a "stable" experience. Are people here going after some specific feature in version in v22 of the code?

Just installed a JB4 and I'm running into this problem.

using the App (change a gauge to CANFlap) or the BC button, I can see the blinkers indicate (left -always open, right - always closed) but when both arrows flash, the valve stays closed all the time. I did code in Sport Plus - should I remove that coding? Unsure if it really does much anyway except making the throttle too twitchy.

suggestions?

Put the JB4 in whatever exhaust mode you want and then shut the car off. Then restart it. Mine freaks out sometimes and that seems to work for me.

Oh. Thanks man, I'll give that a shot.

Edit: Yeah, setting it where I wanted it (OEM operation - both arrows blink) and turning the car off and back on seems to have fixed it. It was weird because locking it open or closed worked fine, but OEM operation didn't resume until I set it and then turned the car off and on. Thanks for the help
