I bought one of BG's OBDII dongles to run ProTools. I don't know about you guys... but I find it pretty hard to get out of the car. It barely sticks out enough to grab and the thing REALLY sticks in there 
On the the third time I removed it, I heard a snap and rattle.. then a *drop* of something to the floor. I got the rest of it out of the car and found what you see below. One of the circuit boards snapped off and I can't figure out where it detached from, in order to repair it.
Anyway.. I contacted BG and they sent another out same day.
So.. first, be careful when removing. The top snaps off pretty easy. You kinda have to grab it by the cap to remove, so... Not sure how to fix that. LOL.
Anyway, props to BG for taking care of customers. They easily could have chalked it up to user error but didn't.
