BM3 users ASAP

Need help with trying to get into my bm3 to flash my car. Dme was sent to a90 shop to go to femto for bm3 unlock.

Dme is back when I go to login I get sent to the SECOND screen attached. I download the app open the app I get the FIRST screenshot attached. When i hitn login i get instantly sent back to the second screenshot. When i open the menu i do not have activate key, or regieter vehicle. I do not know how to register my vehicle pretty much everything went thru a90shop.com and they sent me a activation key whichbis on my dme as well. I have tethering turned on, also have wifi and blue tooth turned off. I am doing it thru my phone on setup #2 on bootmod website. Far as login i have created a new login and used my google login and i still get sent to the second screenshot

You’re connected with the OBD eNet cable and this is still happening?

can't recall if the vehicle needs to be in diagnostics mode. are you in it? press start 3 times?
wireless stuff sometimes works sometimes doesn't depending on your usb connector.
best to try this with enet & laptop..

Also, check if you're connected to internet at all times. Keep mobile on all times should be checked. Go to developer options on Android if you have to.

Also, sometimes Google login doesn't work for some sites. It's convenient but failed me few times, not specific to BM3..

Diagnostic mode with wifi and Bluetooth turned off and then again with turned on can't get to activate screen idk what's up created new account and used Google same 2 screens

I have the car powering the adapter to the obd agent and my phone., I get obd agent detected but Vin unavailable

With all this fiddling, is your car on battery tender?? If not put it asap.

Your 1st screenshot says can't connect to DME... Bad cable/agent or not unlocked properly?
Agent has firmwares. Did you update it...

Best to reach out to protuning freaks for support..

Update the agent how? You referring to the cable or the app? I downloaded and deleted the app couple times to ensure had the most current version.

I sent a ticket as well, was hoping someone had the same issue

Hmm ok do you have this black box thingy or not. Linked below. I'm getting confused. I thought you didn't have it but you're saying obd agent adapter, so I think you have that... Confirm please.

Dnt have that I have this cable from a90shop.com and i brought the adapter because the one they sent was for an iPhone I have a android

Please just do this from a laptop with Ethernet. Android supports USB-C Ethernet adapters, but you have to specifically buy one with Qualcomm chipset or it's not going to work. Whatever you're holding in your photo probably doesn't have a Qualcomm chip.

This isn't working because the Ethernet adapter for the phone is the wrong kind OR you did not manually enable Ethernet tethering in the phone settings after connecting everything.

This has nothing to do with the car running or not running, how many times you pressed the ignition button, what app version you have, blah blah.

It's the adapter. Use a laptop.
