Can't flash to stock for emissions test - please help

Good afternoon all,
Long story short, 2020 supra is tuned by Visconti and full bolt ons (AA catted DP, charge pipes and intake) installed by P2uned. Failed VA emissions and P2uned has advised to flash ECU to stock. I used the EKUTEK app and have the tune and the stock. Visconti told me to stop bothering him. Went to flash to stock and said it had to test. Connections successful. Commence flash.

Error - OBD Error: Conditions not correct or sequence error.

Any assistance / experience you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Starting to get very concerned....

John, you answered the message I sent thru your site and then you called me and asked me to remind you on Monday if I didn't hear. I texted on Tuesday. You replied me if I swapped the turbo and I said no. Two days later I asked for an update and you told me to stop bothering you.

Like I said, anyone that can offer assistance is appreciated.

I guess he doesn't realize that the internet is a thing and people can read stuff like this and decide to never do business with him. I would normally conclude with "unbelievable", but not so much anymore these days. Just a SMH...

you might want to amend your signature from

You are acting like a child. If you didn’t want to be dragged into this post, maybe try providing some semblance of customer service without getting pissy on the forums.

Especially since a lot of your prospective customers can see how you behave after you have their money.
