So what tune on jb4 if we leave the stock cat?
When I was in your position, with the latest software and 91 octane, I was told to use map 1.

If you have 93 octane, you may be able to go to map 2, but I would check with Terry.

I got basically these same exact codes today after about 100 miles with powerneedy CATTED DP. installed both JB4 and DP a few weeks ago. Also map 2.
I have the same codes, for last 1000 miles or so...never threw a light.

I've cleared at this point. If it throws again i may have to give them a call. I'm also having a bit of time with the exhaust where it meets the midpipe, its leaking a bit and i cant seem to get it adjusted right to stop it. I may just take it to someone to fix that though, again, not a huge deal.

did you pull the gasket out of the old pipe and insert it in the new DP?

What is different here? Trying to understand before I get a dp. Are there certain catless dps that don't throw codes? Sounds like most here are running titan dp.

No, for some reason BMS removed the ability to auto reset the CEL with the jb4. They said it was due to emission law? Dunno, seems like a dumb reason, but whatever.

I've not seen any catless DP that didn't throw a code. I tried the Fabspeed extender with my Titan catless DP and it threw a code until I got a tune.

Older JB4 software could suppress the cel. In order to stay legal, they no longer offer that on newer software, unless your country (Canada) doesn’t require it.

That is the difference....it did in the past prevent a light, new JB4s and those with updated software will not suppress the light.

With that being said, the fabspeed spacer has prevented me from getting a light.

Yes, but they confirm that before sending it out. They are just trying to operate within the law.

I live on the Canadian border and was hoping that would get me around the issue. It didn’t, but the 02 extender has been good for me.
