I got off work from my 10 hour shift, turned the car on and it kinda struggled a bit, then all the lights came on my dashboard and vehicle status, drivetrain error, chassis stabilization, driving assistance support reduced, pedestrian warning, frontal collision warning, cross traffic warning, parking assistance malfunction, airbag turned off, abs

does anyone know what could have caused this?

Turned the car off and back on in 5 min, lights were all gone, although occasionally I do keep getting them every couple days?

at autozone it showed that the alternator is bad, I have full boltons plus JB4, should I just remove JB4 and take to dealer?
If you want it back with more dents than when you dropped it off, yes go to dealer. Changing an alternator isn't hard. I would just do it myself.

oh Iknow I could do it myself, I just honestly didnt wana have to pay 800 for an alternator, especially considering my car only has 2k miles and just got in December

I’d take it to an independent mechanic. Unless a warranty issue. Definitely remove the JB4 and don’t freak them out or give them an excuse not to service.

My previous car had similar issues. I also took it to Autozone to get the battery checked and they told me it was my alternator. Took the car to a mechanic and they told me Autozone didn't know their anus from a circular opening in the ground and that it was just a weak battery. Replaced the battery and everything was copasetic.

Again, that was my previous car not a Supra.

Dude…. This happened more than once to us at Autozone (for my kid and wife). Just the battery and NOT the alternator that their cheap tool was telling them. What gives?

Doubt its the alternator. Sounds like a battery issue. But I wouldn't do anything unless it happens again. There's quirks to these cars.

These cars get weird when the battery goes bad. Random shit that you wouldn’t think is at all related starts to act up.

My wife’s Mini (also BMW) is the same way, when her battery went bad the only indicator was that the passenger window stopped doing its little half-inch roll down when opening the door. So the door was harder to open and when you closed it the window would be outside the seal and you needed to roll it down and back up to get it to seat correctly. That’s it, everything else was normal. It took 2-3 trips to the dealer trying to figure out the problem with the window before they finally just replaced the battery on a whim and the problem went away.

My money is that the alternator is fine, Autozone’s tool is wrong, and you need a new battery. Maybe the car sat on the lot too long before you got it and the battery drained down and went bad?

"didn't know their anus from a circular opening in the ground"

This one's going in my book of phrases.

Back on topic, as others have said, most likely the battery.
