Cold start is gone??

Noticed that my Supra does not cold start anymore.

Before, like all stock Supras, RPMs would hold 1k RPMs for about 90 seconds and then dips to around 600-800.

Now, when engine is cold, it starts up at 600-800RPMs No CEL. No tune & Just installed HKS Dual Exhausts and changed oil about 100 miles ago. Car runs fine but was just a little worried as this seems unusual.

Has anyone had this issue?

Just installed the same exhaust, my cold start is still there. No tune either.
