I wish I didn’t feel the need to share this experience, but here we are.
I’m currently in a fight to get my money back after failing to receive an exhaust ordered directly from Dinan. I made the purchase during their holiday sale in early December. The shipment never arrived. After weeks waiting for promised updates I had no choice but to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Dinan has promised a refund but has still not provided any proof that they’ve initiated that process. I’ve been patient throughout the process, but that patience has understandably worn thin.
So here I am, airing my frustration, and sadly offering a word of caution towards potential buyers. Think twice before ordering directly from Dinan, or perhaps consider buying their parts from a trusted third party vendor.

- 12/06/24 - order placed
- 12/12/24 - scheduled delivery date
- 12/16/24 - opened a case with Dinan support after UPS informs me that the shipment is lost
- 12/27/24 - ask Dinan for an update and ETA for reshipment or refund, promised an update, update never comes
- 12/30/24 - ask for an update again, promised an update, update never comes
- 01/06/25 - inform Dinan that I’ve opened a dispute with my credit card company that I will close if they can provide proof that they’ve initiated a refund, they promise that proof, but it never comes
