do these holes look stripped to you guys?

took off my wheels and tried putting them back on after with a spacer and for some reason only one hole lets the bolt go all the way, the other four either wont enter or will get stuck half way

Some of those look like the first couple threads are mangled. Hard to tell exactly w the pics.
You could always chase them w a tap to clean it up and fix it.

Don’t tighten the first bolt completely..
Allow the wheel to move a little and the other bolts shouldn’t get caught up!
Those threads look well enough the the bolts should feed in..

Thats not stripped. The second and third photo looks galled up a little. Blow them out with some compressed air. Looks like there are quite a bit of metal shavings around the hole. Before you put the wheel on try threading the bolts in by hand.

What exactly is chasing them with a tap?

Basically you buy a thread chaser that is the correct pitch and size for the bolt and existing threads. Then you use it and some cutting fluid to clean up the threads.
A tap is what is used to make the threaded hole to begin with.

They 3rd pic really shows it; the first few threads are stripped.
Look for a tapkit on Amazon and re-tap the threads.
Don't upsize the whole. For Example, if this is an M14, then just get a M14 tapkit, not M14.1 or M15

How thick is your spacer? It may be your bolts aren't long enough and only grabbing two or three threads. Then when you torque them there isn't enough threads and you are stripping them I replaced the bolts with studs on all 4 wheels of my car and only run 7mm thick spacers.
