Ok so I'm posting this and I'm an idiot for doing this but hopefully me posting it will help others avoid this from happening...
So I've had my car for about 2 weeks now and when I drove it across the country (My supra LE now has 4170 miles)
I would fill up at a gas station and you could imagine a drive like that across the country I'd kill ALOT of bugs so my windshield was covered with dead bugs... So I tried to clean my windshield and raise my wiper blades. Well this is my first MKV and for the most part my first BMW (This might be a BMW thing) the wiper blades do NOT fully extend up for an easy windshield clean job. Doing so will scratch the back portion of your hood. Which I did on day 2 Yikes... Luckily for me being a Southern California Resident I have 2 great contacts (A: Mechanic B: Bodyshop Reapir)
They were able to touchup my hood to remove that scratch. But just a fair warning/reminder to those MKV owners out there don't full extende your blades you will in fact scratch up that nice hood of yours...
And yea I drive my Supras
