EVAP and Charcoal Canister Delete?

Has anyone done a full EVAP and charcoal canister delete for their track car? Any problems experienced or details on the process would be appreciated.

Any drawbacks to doing this? It’s for closed course use only.

I've removed my EVAP system down to the forward side of the firewall and just placed a breather/filter on the quick disconnect fitting (Shown in red square). As for the entire system, I have no idea what all is required to be there.
