Thanks for the insight, with all the added power, I’m assuming it makes sense to upgrade the suspension, breaks, and tires to handle the uptake of power?

Well it is “brakes” and
I don’t think uptake means what you think it means

You may have bitten off more than you can chew

I feel like you should pick your end goal first. a drag racer's ideal brake setup is completely opposite of a track racer's.

because you said you want this to be a build throughout years and you're new to modding..

get used to 400whp
500whp
600whp
750whp
and its corresponding torque lvls

experience driving on sticky tires in the rain..

experience proper braking distance from high speeds..

this thread just seems.......?? alignment hasn't been mentioned, tire choice hasn't been mentioned, etc

Don’t forget about labor costs unless you plan on doing this all yourself. The cost doesn’t end with the parts. Also consider maintenance costs

I agree with the general opinions here. Seems a bit rushed.

My personal opinion is to do power mods last. Car should be learned at stock power levels. You won’t be able to put all the power of the car on the ground until you get a good amount of seat time.

So there is no rush to get a 700hp Supra if you can’t drive a 382hp with skill before. Unless you want to make noise for the sake of it, then do it (not my cup of tea)

Go step by step. It’s what I’m doing. No need to go crazy before you get to know what you are doing with the car and what is really out there.

Here is my Mod plan. As you can see, I just finished stage 1. I already chose my street tires/wheels! I am taking my time and enjoying the process. Lots and lots to read and trying to install everything myself.

Project GR-75

I will factor labor cost when I can’t do it myself. So far my labor cost is $0
