a lil preview for you.
I thought only launch editions would come with red interior
This one doesn't have the red mirror caps, but does have red interior.
I'm still too broke to buy it atm but why hasn't there been any news on Indonesia? Will they seriously not sell them here on their one of if not the biggest market in SE Asia?
That’s what I noticed too. It also has the Toyota badge on top of Supra meaning the Middle East market will get the EU version which is sad.
He looks inevitably Supra-ised! The transmission looks not too big of a deal for him. I wonder what’s it like to be in his position. To be honest, the silver looks nice. I would patiently wait for mine to come. Haven’t seen anyone this excited receiving his/her brand new sports car. He’s in Germany; and guys who buy the new Z4, I can’t even imagine them reacting this way, or even those buying supercars. Totally amazing to see him(and his reaction) become the very 1st or one of the first to receive the new Supra worldwide. Congratulations! Enjoy your new ride.
Does anyone know when it will be available in america?
Interesting that they couldn’t dyno the car. Was hoping to see what he said about it.
For people who didn’t watch it. They couldn’t keep it in same gear for testing 2k-redline single gear results
Supra on the track
I doubt that Indonesia is the largest market in SEA for a Supra. The taxes alone are already overwhelming and, IMO, Auto 2000 is unlikely to include it in their line up. I suppose a Supra will have to come through the importers.
Please some translation.
Well, in general he said that it is a very agile car that is sublime for the road and very good for narrow tracks.
It's time is very good and he says that the Camaro in stock form would never ever be able to keep up with the supra.
The camaros time with an upgraded suspension is s little bit better then the supras. But that's going to change with the upcoming mods.
He also said that he decided to let the automatic change the gears because it does a really nice job and that he can focus more on driving.
The balance of the front and rear wheel grip seems to be a bit odd in very tight corners, but it looks like this is no negative point.
Over all he is very satisfied with the supra.
Has anyone heard anything new about other shipments in Germany? I couldn’t attend the driving event at Nürburgring unfortunately. So I wonder if Toyota shared any specifics with the attendees? I guess JP got the dealer car and being a celebrity in DE this was an exception made only for him anyway.
There were no other deliveries.
I think the first auctioned supra JP's are the only delivered private cars right now
