So, will there be TRD parts and GRMN parts available? Cause that's going to be fun to watch the fall out.

Wouldn't be surprised if that's an alternative option down the line.

TRD has always been overpriced. The MKIV TRD Full Body Kit back in the late 90's was already $10-15K and all the pieces was NOT Carbon Fiber. $23K for parts that does NOT improve performance and looks similar to Stock IMHO is NOT worth it!

True, the TRD 3000GT kit was ~$10k when still available. I also see far more of an argument for that honestly; at least it was full panels/ widebody etc, and it completely transformed the exterior of the car.

The A90 aero is essentially a slightly more aggressive CF/OE lip kit that costs $17k and could be installed in an afternoon lol.

    Man...

I’ve always been an OEM+ kinda guy and I’ve been eyeing these parts for quite some time really excited to try and get my hands on them...

I can’t shell out that kind of cash :(

So Toyota creates a door vent that no one really likes and then proceeds to sell you a panel to cover this vent for $3500? Damn Toyota, I see you.

I don't know who/how in the right state of mind decided on the pricing for these pieces but it's ridiculous. If these prices are insane, I don't even want to know how much a TRD widebody kit would be.

You're missing the best part, Toyota is going to have these items already included on the Supra, so that's the dealer markup outside of the 1500 launch edition supras.

 Toyota already managed to piss off many with this car. I guess there's still more room on the couch.

I'm not really surprised about the prices. Iirc, the TRD blower for the 86 was like, 25k and you had to buy 2.

I may be wrong on that price.

You dont have to buy two afaik, but I just checked the pricing and it's $26k and off-road use only.

That's absolutely insane; I never knew they were that much.

The TRD supercharger kits for Tundra, FJs, etc, were a fraction of that and came with warranty... Crazy.
