Harnesses/stock seats

Preface by saying I have a proper roll bar installed

Is anyone running harnesses on the stock seats? Is it even possible with how narrow the headrest is? I really enjoy the amenities that the stock seats offer but would like to get harnesses put in at some point. What are your setups?
