Help! - locked jb4 wireless

Need help!,
I bought and installed a used jb4 on my 2020 Supra. The previous owner forgot to unlink his account from the jb4. I cannot connect to it, so can't change any parameters or maps. Has anybody run into a similar issue? The previous owner has been very cooperative, he deleted his account today, but still, I can't connect.

I think he needs to unlink it and not delete his account. Deleting his account wont do nothing if it is still link. Maybe connect to the jb4, get his account and info and unlink it or you might have to send support to jb4 and have them unlink it or send it back to him to unlink it.
