Help needed: European license plate holder without drilling

Wondering if anyone can point me to a website that I can get a European license plate holder and mount that I can use without having to drill into the front bumper?

something similar to using the tow hook mount that I see in some Supras in USA with US license plate.
I hate to drill into the bumper and spoil the look of the car.

Hi, sorry to disappoint you but the euro plate holders are drilled into the front bumper as well?
