If you’re considering this the best case scenario (with cops) is you get a long look / follow and then they don’t pull you over (I’ve had this experience) and worst case is you’re pulled and they impound the car and issue a fine. Some states are a little more “sensitive” than others BTW. Plate color change cost was around $150 - $175 (special rate at the time).

Don’t you guys offer black tags with yellow lettering as a standard choice at the DMV? I’ve seen them all over GA. That gave me the idea actually. You can’t keep all that coolness in SoCal!

My state's standard tags look totally retarded so decided to get those state issued vanity sports tags. Looks nicer, but comes at a cost.

I wish they would just do standard white letters on black plates or black letters on white plates. No other colors or stupid pictures/illustrations.

I'd just wish they'd send me my personalized plates already. Ordered 7 months ago and still nowhere in sight. Washington state is so far behind. I called a month ago. Only one guy knows how to use the machine and he was in solitary at that time.

We do but a lot of people were doing the black on white or black on red etc
