In my attempts to get the car ready for a few shakedown events before OneLap, I find myself without the right wheels for the moment. I have stuff on backorder at TireRack, so I've been scouring the web for a good deal in the meantime. Several vendors have the TSW Kemora for REALLY cheap - like under $130 a wheel. I've had TSWs in the past on other cars - they are usually perfectly adequate, but certainly not a premium wheel like a Titan7 or similar.

This shop claims to have them in stock - https://4wheelonline.com/tsw-kemora-matte-gunmetal-wheels.322493.0?attributes=16543,18646

Has anyone here picked up a set of these? Impressions?

Since they're TSW, I'm not overly worried about quality - they aren't no-name wheels from somewhere unknown in Asia. My though is that they've phased a couple of wheels out of production and offered them to resellers at dirt cheap prices to move them. There are several vendors that have them at similar prices.

This is even cheaper than the aforementioned no-name wheels I'm finding - 9Six9 makes a TE-37 knockoff in a good size for about $200/wheel. Those look great, but my guess is that the backside of those wheels has some ugly casting leftover...and the powder coating is really thick to hide flaws.

I bought a set of the TSW Imatras on the same blowout pricing. Can't beat four 18x10.5 wheels for under $700 shipped. They will serve as my second set of track wheels to beat up.

TSW's are made in China, but so are Titan 7's, so whatever.

I didn't post about this deal or purchasing them because I knew the hard parkers on their $5,000 wheels would whine about it.

BTW, if you do want a set of nice Enkei wheels for track use, that are also 18x10.5, you can get them for a pretty good deal. I have the Enkei GTC02's as my primary track wheel set. I bought them for $2,000 from A-Spec.

The Imatra is the other wheel I was looking at for that same reason. Thank you for the feedback!

I actually have a set of stock-width GTC02s, and I was going to pick up 2 addtl 18x10 rears to run a square set, but TireRack (and everyone else) that sells the 18x10 et35 has been out for a while.

I did find a single set of 18x10.5 ET35 GTC02 on ebay...but I think it's probably a typo and it's just the 18x10. They're not cheap - about $2k, which is about right for the GTC02

I hard park often lol. I wish I could find a set to beat up but I don't think switching around from 19 to 18 will be very beneficial alignment wise unfortunately

My GTC02's are 18x10.5 +35. I bought them from A-spec, through Ebay.

Gotcha...so these 10.5s are an actual thing. I checked the A-spec store, and they don't have them, and the one seller that has them only has the one set of Hyper Silver GTC02s. Hmmmm, decisions.

Yup, part # for the 18x10.5 +35 66.5 Bore in black : 534-8105-4435BK, or 534-8105-4435HS for the silver.

Wound up just saying screw it and ordered a set of 18x10.5 TSW Imatra for under $500 shipped for the set. Can’t beat that for a cheap second set of track wheels.

2 of mine arrived yesterday. Since I already have the car up on jack stands and the wheels off, I did a quick test fit. It looks like it will need some spacer on the front to clear the strut/spring once the car is back on the ground. I have some 15mm spacers in box, ready to go.

Yup, with stock strut/spring, a 15mm spacer is required for the fronts.

This is very tempting. What tire size would be recommended for street set up?

You have some choices, and it really comes down to how you want to affect your gearing and availability of your favorite tire.
275/35/18
285/35/18
285/30/18
295/30/18
295/35/18

A friend of mine (exact same wheel, but different car - Audi TT) just mounted some 285/30/18 on them, and he said they're slightly stretched from a width perspective. The 30 series is probably a little short on the Supra for gearing purposes as well.

I'll run a 275/35/18 which will be quite stretched on a 10.5, but will fit under the fenders with relative ease.
