Issue with SupraConnect and sending addresses to car?

Anyone have an issue with the SupraConnect web site and not being able to send addresses to their car? It just keeps saying an error has occurred. I can send every other command from the web site I had this issue with my 2020 as well but cant figure out why.

No i do not have an Iphone, I only have an android so no phone app for me.

there is a way to send from google maps. i dont know if it can be done by phone though. ive only tried it by computer. I have an iphone but i can send addresses by the google maps. but via the supra connect app i think it only worked like once on me haha. ill try to find the thread on how to do it by google maps.

so i figured out exactly what the issue was... While the dealership help me set up my phone connection, they never help me set up my driver profile in the car and some of the connect services were turned off as the "guest driver." I had to change a couple settings on the car and everythign works great now.
