I‘m with ya! But…. my wife is obsessed with clean wheels. So we’ve got special wheel cleaner stuff and her GTI is ceramic coated for mega ease. I probably should do that to my Supra track wheels. Someday

Anyone else obsessed with keeping the inside of their Supra’s rims and red calipers clean with each wash?

The dust free brake pads do help.

I’m the same way about the wheel wells and muffler/pipes. And yes it’s driven in the rain. ?

Therapeutic in some weird way.

I have to leave @Andrew4Supra the props the man did me a solid I had to drop off for my installs and take it out in the rain 45 mins to get there. I replaced the stock dust monsters with Powerstop Z16's this past weekend and couldn't be happier. For street use they're fantastic and don't produce dust. I find detailing therapeutic like many others but cleaning wheels every other day is not.

Finally! So glad to hear from someone running these.

Someone in the thread said the Powerstop Z16 seem like 90-95% less dust compared to stock, how many % less dust would you say for the SSM Plus? How many miles before dust shows up?

Does braking feel and performance improve compared to stock?

I was surprised that I couldn't find any information from users since they seemed like a great option.

Hard to say on dust levels since I never clean the winter wheels. I scrubbed the stock wheels shiny when they came off and hope these will help keep them that way.

Feel is a great improvement, the stocks were always inconsistent at low speed for me.

Ours get dirty as cause they’re track pads… @kaj and I just jealous we can’t keep ours squeaky clean like that . My poor wife tries at least… it’s “therapeutic“ she says. Why I was dying when @Andrew4Supra said that .

I do make sure to keep the cheapest ceramic pads on our other “in-town” cars. So I don’t trigger her and bonus: she washes our sheets and keeps the house mega clean
