How many knock sensors do we have? My ecutek log show 6 cylinders with knock retard but I think I read we only have 2 sensors. If that’s true how does the ECU know which cylinders to reduce timing to?

I’m not a B58 expert, so I’m just spitballing here. You’ll only get knock when near TDC during the compression/combustion cycles, so by looking at when you hear knock, combined with the relative strength on the two sensors, it shouldn’t be difficult to identify the source.

That's right.

There are two knock sensors.
