Thanks for all the responses guys, especially @zrk. We have a local event coming up and being a police officer has kept me from any shenanigans on the road so I haven’t had an opportunity up to this point to launch.
Surely you'd have more authority than anyone else for shenanigans lol

I have been going to the track a good portion lately trying out different launches, running e30, DP, and 285 R888R. Wish I would have picked up 305's and probably would have gone with Nitto 555r2's instead. Locally we have only 1/8th and the quickest so far is 7.1 with a 1.71 60 ft. I have had success with 1st gear launch then shifting over to auto and 2nd gear brake boost, I use traction fully off and 18psi in the rear.

1.74 60 and 11.98 stock for me. Short burn out more just to clean and get the water off. Tire pressure about 25lbs. Full auto, sport plus mode for trans and engine, all nannies off. Simply brake torque to about 2200 and go full send on the last yellow. Easiest launching car I've ever had although all of the previous were manual trans.
