Swapped out the clutch for a PTG clutch and flywheel. Also swapped in the slave cylinder from an E90. Im reading now I should’ve had the battery disconnected. Did I short a fuse, blow a sensor, or need to do a crank case relearn? Trying to avoid taking it in, these are the codes present.

*Update
Cars too smart. Drove the car gently for 600 miles intermittently clearing codes. Definitely limp mode, earlier on in that mileage there was one drivetrain power reduced message and it was never the same cylinder. Around 650-700 miles after clearing codes and feeling like the clutch was broken in well the car agreed and there’s no rough idle or limp mode. Drove an additional 100 miles today with a couple of WOT 4th gear pulls (closer to 1:1 ratio), no issue.
For those interested car has:
-Armaspeed intake
-PTG clutch
-E90 chassis slave cylinder (21526785964)
-No tune
