I Could, was just curious if there would be any way of finding out who did it originally, I don’t know if tuners keep records of the vin’s or if any of the ones here recognize it

You would likely need to ask the owner or ask every tuner if they tuned the car by providing the VIN so they can check their records.

However, I'd just recommend spending the money and get it returned by the tuner of your choice

If it's Ecutek, ask Marin, Mikey, Justin, Jeff, and Visconti. Otherwise fuck it and get it retuned.
