Loud ticking noise (video attached)

I was on my way home from work and I was doing some spirited driving. As I was going through the on the top end I wasn’t making power. So I drove home and everything felt normal when I wasn’t getting on it now it’s making a ticking noise at idle and when I rev it it stops and wanted to see if anybody could pinpoint what it could be. any help would be amazing thank you.

Sounds like a rod bearing. Time to drop the oil.

The ticking noise is your injectors. The knocking is probably the rod bearings.
