Missing screw on ECU component

I’ve been trying to identify what’s causing a rattling noise and noticed one of the ECU boxes isn’t secured down. What kind of screw do I need to secure this down? I compared with my friends 2020 Supra and his has a screw holding it in place. I’m not sure what this ECU box is for

On the passenger side under this

This box isn’t secured down properly and may be what’s rattling. There’s nothing holding it in place on the right side latch

That's the fan relay, not an ECU. The shop manual says there should be a T25 screw out of view on the right hand side of the relay in your picture, but it doesn't specify further.

That looks like a relay...
Use the parts website to search for relay screw bolt under cowl, etc.
Putting the part number on the part should help
