Navigation Issue on new vehicle

I purchased my 2021, new, last week and the navigation wasnt loaded (says it needs a USB with the correct code) nor was the predelivery inspection completed. The dealer claims this is an issue on all new supras. They have had the car for 2 days and it is currently unknown on when I will get it back. Question for those that have purchased in the past 2 months, is this true? I haven't talked to a single person there that actually knows anything about the car.

Got my 2021 April, everything was done correctly. No problems, and my software for nav updated fine without me doing anything a month ago. Supra connect works great also.

Thanks. I found the other threads, tried to explain to the dealer. Got a call this evening that i can pick up my car tomorrow morning.
