There's plenty of room im sure someone could sort out keeping AC but yes for my application AC is gone.

I'm not sure I'd call it plenty of room.

Without changing the radiator... which, I've heard through the grape vine, has issues with street driving.

Sure if you use a small fan. Properly size a fan. No issues.
