OEM Lip Removal

Does anyone know how or if you can take off the OEM factory lip? I’ve only seen people wrap the bottom portion of the bumper all black without taking anything off but the whole bumper. I haven’t seen anyone take off the lip so I’m curious. TIA

I had to change the center front lip ... easy remove front bumper there are plenty of videos on how to do this .... then simply remove bolts and poppers ...

while you have bumper off replace the clown horn ...lol
