I'm about to do the full SPL install, and I'd rather not reuse the OEM bolts as most of them are single-use TTY. Better safe than sorry, IMO.

After poring over the Toyota maintenance diagrams, I've put together what I believe is a complete table of all the fasteners that would be included in this job (except for front caster bushing bolts). While I'm reasonably confident that I have everything identified, I'm curious if there's a pre-built kit out there that I could simply buy to ensure I'm getting it all in the first and only order?

I've considered assembling a complete kit for the rear, and selling it as such to simplify the process for others. I probably wouldn't make much (or any) money on it, but it could be a nice thing to offer. I currently have everything in a single box, just waiting to acquire some springs and then go to town on a spring & sway bar upgrades.

I've not yet examined or ordered anything for the front of the vehicle yet, but now I'm going to page through some stuff. Thanks for the work you've already done on this.

You're tracking this car, correct?

How fast are you trying to do this? Just asking because I'd like to check it over, but will have to in between work tasks, so don't expect results in the next few minutes here.

The Cusco rear sway install guide has a list of the single-use bolts that should be replaced, it doesn't include everything for all the arms but it covers what's needed when you drop the subframe, it looks like you have most of them in your list:

Yeah, that's the list I have as well, as it fits the job I'm doing. However, you don't have to undo the fasteners to several of the arms in order to drop the entire subframe out, so there's going to be significant differences in regards to the hardware needed for each task and set of upgraded replacement parts.

Having looked at the Toyota diagrams, the Cusco PDF appears to have the wrong part numbers and quantities for several bolts. For example, it says -WA504 is for the subframe braces but that is wrong I believe? WA504 looks like it is for the subframe itself with 4pcs not 8pcs. This means their -WA280 part and count is also incorrect, as WA280 is for the braces and 8pcs not 4pcs.

I haven't bothered to validate the rest of their document, but given these inconsistencies I decided to stop and just do it myself. I admit in advance that I could be wrong, here, as the Toyota official diagrams are not especially forthcoming about these two part numbers and exactly where they insert. So I'm still working on this, and trying to find better diagrams.

Cusco is correct. After finding a more detailed part number diagram (bottom of post) while writing this, the -WA504 vs. -WA280 is much more clear. Compare that to the more widely available diagram here. As a result, I've updated my chart:

@FuzzyRev85 I don't track the car, but I prefer polyurethane and the adjustability of aftermarket arms for whatever I might do in the future. This thinking has saved my ass more than once on my other car. I'm not in any real hurry.

After verifying and re-verifying about a thousand times, here's the final list.

What's Included
  1. This list assumes you have purchased the eccentric lockout kits for rear toe and rear lower control arm. The bolts for these arms at the subframe end are NOT included.
    1. If you need them: rear lower control arm to subframe is 90118-WA798 + 90118-WA259 (per side). Rear toe arm to subframe is 90118-WA281 + 90118-WA197 (per side).
  2. Assuming #1: all other nuts and bolts for the knuckle and subframe ends of the five rear links.
  3. Rear subframe bolts to unibody.
  4. Rear subframe braces to subframe.
  5. Front lower control arm to subframe.
In short: this should cover all needed single-use fasteners for a complete front/rear SPL control arm installation, plus a rear swaybar installation.
