Phew. Fixed. Turned out to be the tire valve, seems like it either got damaged in installation when swapping over from OEM wheels to the BBS, or the valve stem cap damaged it. The valve stem cap was metal with a plastic liner, and the plastic was all chewed up and could have been pressing into the valve internals or damaging it.Anyone fix this issue and figure out the cause? Tire valve? Poor bead seal from installation? Invisible puncture?
Have a very slow leak (5 psi or so every 10 days) with no bubbles when submerged underwater.
Replaced it with a new OEM BMW TPMS-compatible valve, 43mm silver 36146792829 for $11:

Happy it was an $11 fix!
