I have a 2021 and am having the issue with oil level not measuring, which everyone says is likely a failing fuel pump in the forums. Toyota says they’ll only replace fuel pump under warranty after trying to replace oil pressure control valve first, but that’s no longer under warranty. Anybody been in this situation or know how I can bypass the first step they want?

Take it to another dealership and try again, don't mention you visited another dealer prior. I got my Oil pump replaced under powertrain no questions asked. They saw the oil pressure was inconsistent and authorized replacement. ( I have a thread posted about my process and experience) Took me 2 visits since I had to remove my downpipe since the tech said my oil would not read cause of it lol

When the time comes to get my oil pump replaced, I'm taking it to an independent BMW shop.

Although, 1400 with tax isn't bad at all to replace with parts/labor.

This is more or less what I did, as I was NOT willing to make multiple visits for their techs to "diagnose and try things" before they finally offer to replace the pump itself.

I paid high at around 1800, but quite frankly it was a fantastic shop and every other shop in a 20 mile radius either denied work on my car or ghosted all my contact attempts, so "such is life" I suppose.

Not a Corvette.
I'm defining more tables in my DME and I found these two that might be of interest in this thread.

Max and Min oil pressure thresholds before it sets an error.

Axis's are oil temp F and RPM. Table is oil pressure in PSI absolute
