All of those parts need to be wrapped in PE foam and bubble wrap before put in the box with the kraft paper void fill. That would likely stop all damages during shipping and would not add very much cost to the pack out.

Finally! R1 Concepts BBK have arrived, took 2 months to manufacture. Installation was a breeze and the rear brake kit supports the e-brake, the only thing I lost is the sensor on the pads which tells you it's time to change them.

I wanted a brake kit that fits thr OEM rims WITHOUT spacers and R1 concepts helped, big thanks goes to James at R1 Concepts for the help and awesome customer service! Make sure to speak to him if you plan on ordering one!

For OEM rims + no spacers option you should go with

Front - 365mm kit
Rear - 356mm kit with e-brake support

Front and rear kits come with brake lines, discs, calibers and pads. Colors and discs option is up to you when ordering!

I decided to go with Castol SRF brake fluid which is the best, it's expensive but worth it.

I had some issues bleeding the brakes, air got into the ABS pump and had to hit the brakes aggressive on the road to get it out and do the bleeding again, 75% of the brake pedal did not do anything and the rear pistons weren't moving! Thankfully it's fixed now and the kit looks much better than the stock ones!

In terms of weight the front is a bit lighter but I'm not sure about the rear.

The size upgrade in the rear looks amazing. Setup looks great, and I'm sure performs much better.

M style gloss black mirror cups are here! Cheap upgrade which costs around 80 USD without international shipping, looks really good and the quality is excellent for the price. I also wrapped them in Xpels stealth ppf.

The packaging is great and the cups are protected with a foam on all sides.

Evolution Racewerks catted downpipe have arrived, looks absolutely stunning compared the the AFE catted downpipe I had installed earlier.

The downpipe came packaged very well with ALOT of packing peanuts (which we all hate but we know they do the job very well), I paid extra for the black coating to keep thermals down a bit and I also bought a new turbo gasket.

The car feels more responsive with ER's 200 CPSI downpipe compared to the 400 CPSI from AFE, I can also hear the turbo spooling now!

Many thanks to @Extreme Power House for the great price and service.

Verus turbo heat shield installed, was worried about the clearance between the Injen evolution intake and the turbo heat shield but it fits with no issues and mods!

Installation was easy and quick, the only thing that was a bit tricky is the screws for the side panel.

Bought the best key fob in the market for the Supra from Ewerks, excellent customer service and great quality! The key chain is from Speed Industry.

Flashed the car with MHD Stage 2 93 Octane tune, it feels so much powerful now and you can actually hear the turbo spooling! Great addition imo, I also noticed the car is a bit louder at idle.

I had to bench unlock the ECU first and then flasg the tune, took around 2 minutes for the first flash.

Heat shield looks amazing! Two questions though.

1) Did you see improvement in IAT?
2) Will the stock air box with the resonator fit on top? Would like to make everything look stock.

Hey buddy, tbh I did not check the IAT temps before and after but couple of users did post some numbers here on the forums and there was definitely improvement. The stock airbox with resonator will not fit, you will need a resonator delete.

After 4 months of waiting, the Injen chargepipe have finally arrived. Excellent packaging by Injen!

Installation was a breeze, you will need to remove the air intake to remove the oem chargepipe, then install the upgraded chagepipe.

In terms of performance, you won't get any but the car feels more responsive due to the larger pipe diameter.

Note: I have found a fair amount of oil in the intake and oem chargepipe, this is normal!

How is that charge pipe holding up? I've been eying the polished one, but have heard people having issuse with two piece charge pipes from other brands coming undone.

No issues at all, running the car with MHD Stage 2 tune as well!
