I'm guessing 2-port is gen 1 and 6-port is gen 2 but I'm not caught up on the nomenclature.

Gen 1s are in older BMWs. Two port and six port in the Supras are both Gen2s

it’s 2 different companies so yes they are completely different. Remnant Performance uses a single pass core which is proven to be the most effective. There’s no info what core this Project Gamma manifold uses
