Evening Folks,

I was pretty deadset on the pure800, but I just learned that I cant do t51r on the pure800 and have to do a pure900.
There's no E available in my area so I'd just be driving on pump gas. Anyone have any idea how bad the boost lag would be running 93 with a pure900? (Currently have catless downpipe, CAI, exhaust and tune)
I'm in the military so I'll be moving in 4 years so E isn't completely off the table, just is for now/the foreseeable future.

I would only assume that the lag would later in the midrange compared to the 800. Larger turbine wheel = equals more lag. As for much, I wouldn’t think it would be that much. You could always ask the tuner to add antilag , if not already, or brake boost.

Side note: what branch and years of service?

Thank you for being loyal to our country, as many of us on here have done so willingly.

You would move to a less ideal setup, by your own admission for the ridiculous fake turbo whistle noise? Bubb Rubb is back baby!!

Thanks for the info!

Thanks! and I’m in the branch people respect the least haha, Coast Guard. From fisheries/search and rescue in the Bering sea, patrolling the maritime boundary line between the US and Russia to coastal aids to navigation maintenance. I’ve been in for 8 years, maybe 9 now, it’s all a blur really. I’ll be doing the full 20, best decision I’ve made in my entire life.

Glad to hear that man. Wherever you are, stay safe, get home soon! Thank you for the support under the Trump administration and the desire to give back to the country that gave so much for us veterans.
Side note: If you need help with your VA benefits, I can assist you, if needed.
