You guys aren’t obeyed the posted speed limit?

Valentine is still around. They lost exclusivity on the arrows when their patent expired, so Uniden and Escort began using them and have done so on objectively better detectors. There is a Valentine V2 out, but its missing a lot of features.Damn this post brings back some memories. Valentine was the bom diggity back in the day. That company still around?
I ran a 9500 for a long time, back in the day. You would be amazed how much quieter and longer range the newer detectors are. Even something like a Uniden R3/R4 would be a perfect replacement for that.Im still running an Escort Passport 9500. I think ive owned it for like 4+ years. Ive avoided many tickets
Nice. So I can upgrade to an R3 for like $250Valentine is still around. They lost exclusivity on the arrows when their patent expired, so Uniden and Escort began using them and have done so on objectively better detectors. There is a Valentine V2 out, but its missing a lot of features.

They do indeed. I lost my radar detector and got a big ticket. Cop was driving the other way, as soon as he passed me the lights went on and he u turned to pull me over. As I was out the cost of the detector and the cost of the ticket he took me back to his car to show me how it worked lol. This was a few years ago.I've always wondered if its true that police have access to radar detector detectors.
I have the R7 and it has been awesome. Always get a detector with arrows best protection front, rear, and side. Its better to have a very good radar detector than not having one at all.Yea so far what I’m seeing is the R3 or R7 is what’s most popular on the more “affordable” range.
Valentine 1 has saved me a ton of times back in the day. They have a new upgraded model now.Damn this post brings back some memories. Valentine was the bom diggity back in the day. That company still around?
Ouch. At least you got a story out of it.They do indeed. I lost my radar detector and got a big ticket. Only the Redline series from Escort is RDD immune. Keep in mind though unless youre in VA or DC, theres nothing a cop can do about it, theyre not illegal. This is why the radar detectors need to be divided into 2 categories. Best overall, and best undetectable.
I believe the escort 360 is completely undetectable
The 360c is part of the redline series I believe.Only the Redline series from Escort is RDD immune. Keep in mind though unless youre in VA or DC, theres nothing a cop can do about it, theyre not illegal.
the 360 MKII and 360c MKII use the BlackfinDSP from the Redline 360c, but are not RDD immune. The 360c is part of the redline series I believe.
If you’re in VA or DC the R8 would be my choice
As of this morning I’m debating the DS1 or the R8 , price difference is quite big but looks like both are great choices????Valentine isn’t great unless you are adding in laser jammers. For a stand alone radar detector r7 is great. RL360c is very similar, but offers Wi-Fi updating.
Are you thinking of doing laser jammers at any point?
