Reflex+ Box not firing Port Injection in Ecutek Racerom

Long story short - I went Pure800 and wanted to re-tune with my tuner.
He sent me a base map which seemed to have been working. (No CEL)
(Can Error and CanBUS status both read 0).

I did a pull and sent him the log and low and behold, PI isn't firing.
My tuner believes the box may not be programmed correctly.
Spoke to Jake over at Motiv and he recommended I be on the latest firmware.

I have Visconti's Plug & Play Reflex+.
I was running a v44 .bin file before I followed Jake's advice.
Just checking to see if I need specific sequence or files or am I missing something.

Injector Size : 1050cc (IDX)
RaceROM Version - 51575

Current Reflex+ files: v7.3 .hex, V6.2x_ecutek_plus_b58supra_12192023.bin, V7.00_Reflex+_XDF.xdf, and V6.2x_ADX_ALL.adx.

Anybody have this issue before?

Base map had the incorrect PTCAN configuration.
All fixed now!

To get your port injection firing, ensure you use the dedicated MOTIV Firmware Updater app rather than TunerPro to flash the Reflex+

Here is your checklist:

Match Your Serial Number: Check the back of your Reflex+ for your serial number, as Motiv has specific firmware files depending on the production run.

Flash the Firmware: Connect the unit via USB, flash the latest .hex file, and hit "Erase, Program, Verify".

Re-flash the EcuTek Map: Updating the Reflex firmware requires you to re-flash your current EcuTek tune so the ECU and Reflex can sync over CANbus.

Check CAN Settings: Ensure your tuner has mapped the correct injector size (1050cc) and settings in the new base map for RaceROM 51575.
