they don’t have replacement lens available for it?
Might have only come to fruition this year actually. One owner has been "working on them" for about two years..and hey may have finally done it!

Replacing my lens today.
Bumper had to be removed. Front wheel and liner have to be re moved to get last 2 screws for headlight out!

Then the fight with getting lens off.

Not easy to say the least. Watched a lot of videos on yt. Still a pain. Not done yet ,, will update.
Yes and No instructions or links to good how to video!

List of stuff needed would be nice too.
Like the butal or glue needed. Plastic tools ect......
If your not mechanical, don't attempt!

Ok. Headlight lens is connected with a very deep channel with high stick butal.
Have been working on headlight for a while.
Took out broken part by cracked part of my lens.
Channel is a1/4 inch deep. ( See pic).
Heating with the heat gun barley touched it.
Got on yt and found guys who do this in a shop full time. See link.

They suggest putting in oven. I called then to set if they had done a supra,

No, they had not but said it should be safe for oven.
Only thing is, Supra headlight is Too long for a normal sized stove. Even took tack out and turned every way i could.
So back to the drawing board for a Good method.

OEM +designs lens IS NON RETURNABLE
So make sure you can find some one who can replace lens before ordering.

It's Not easy. It was easier removing headlight from car than it is to replace lens !
Will update when I am successful. Lol.
If you have done one already please tell how you did it.
To make job easier for the next guy!

Thanks Rick

Well they put in a kitchen stove on the video... Just a regular kitchen stove.
Problem is, our Supra lights are too long to fit.

Ok. Finished headlight!
Was able to use the oven, just had to make some adjustments to keep oven at temp with door open partially.
It's not easy by any means, but can be accomplished.

I will be posting helpful tips and thoughts on making ot easier for anyone trying to do these.

If you don't have the patience, then I urge you Not to attempt this.

There may be some shops that do this, but none in my area.
The one I called in New Jersey who does headlights for their business, had Never done a newer Supra.
Btw, I'm not a professional, but I am a can do person...... Lol.

Thanks Rick

The lens fit correct and seems good quality.

The BAD part is getting the old lens removed! No joke, this sucks...

Toyota used very thick hard butal. The video shows reusing it once heated, But it does not get pliable!

The oven works with door open, just have to place something over door. I used a piece of ply wood, then rolled up towel between door and wood. Filled in sides with small towels then covered all of it. See pic below.
Video said 20 minutes at 240 degrees.
Barley was able to move lens after messing with it for 6 to 10 minutes. Put back in for another 20 minutes.
Started moving better, so maybe try 25 minutes. If not moving throw ot back in.
This is Not easy, the lip of olds lens is a 1/4 inch on main body.
At small end it's not as wide. There is more butal at small end, but this is where I would start trying to pry open at 1st..... see pic 1. Before 2 after 3 thickness. 4. Width of main lip.

It took like 4 or 5 times back in oven to get lens off all the way.
After getting lens off, put back in oven to make it easier to remove old gray butal.
I bought 3/8s black butal of Amazon. Gol the gap all the way since all will be gone.
5. Is finished product. Good luck!
