Replacment Key Flashed from Dealership

Hey errbody, I have to get an additional flashed for my car. I have MHD and BimmerCode flashes and modifications to my car. Will allowing the dealership to flash a new key to my car in some way shape or form have them potentially lock my DME and screw up all my work?

I actually had this done last week. The dealership didn't flash anything other than the key. My MHD tune was still loaded and all my Bimmercode changes were still in place. Even my radio and EQ settings were unchanged.

$623 for the key and flash...is the quote I have in hand.

1 hour at shop minimum. Sounds like ~130/150 is right on the money.
