I have an European spec (UK) 2.0 Pro that, I discovered over time, comes with the non matrix/adaptive headlights, so the beam cannot be adjusted LHD/RHD via the head unit settings. The setting is present, but nothing changes in the headlights as, I learnt online, only the 3.0 Pro headlights (matrix) can adjust the throw.

I drive my car in Europe a lot and this has never been a massive issue, BUT out of curiosity:

If one wants to alter the headlights permanently, like when you import a car from Europe to UK or other way round, will you have to replace the headlights completely (I have done this on an imported bike years ago) or is there a way to have them adjusted somehow? They're LEDs after all.

Thanks.

There are two white plastic screws on each of the headlights, IIRC vertical adjustment is exposed if you open the hood, and the horizontal adjustment is covered by a black plug which you need to open by using a coin.

Not sure about UK spec, but all US spec comes with the basic LED w/o corner light. You could adjust the center by using the white adjustment screws, but the pattern itself is not adjustable, looks like this for both sides:

Thanks.

Apologies guys, small update on this.

When I wrote the opening post I was in Europe. As I assumed the headlights beam would not change, I didn't bother to change the setting in the head unit this time. (I changed the setting previously on all my European trips, lots of them).

After being flashed by a few incoming cars while driving in the evenings, I checked again.
Placed the car in front of a wall with some signage as reference markings... and yes, the headlights dip if you select the option in the head unit.
It's very minor (just a tad lower in the top-right corner) but it does it. I just didn't notice it the first time I put the car in front of a wall to see if the beam changed "shape".

No need to manually adjust!
