Is not even copart, the car is bought by a buyer they come in fix anything they can quick and pay for a relist. You'd be surprised how much money people make doing this. Adding the broken bumper of a car without it makes the car look with less damages hence why people get scammed like this. Always double check if the car you are bidding on has been in the auction before.

On that last one it looks like they purposely scratched the new bumper to show just minimal damage. When original showed the front end slapped by Kong.
