Judging by the amount of warning lights in the dash, something in the electrical system is REALLY WRONG. I'm guessing possible flood, extreme-level rodent, or even lightning strike damage.

I've got a lightning-strike Tacoma on my docket that was hit back in July, and still isn't fixed! ECU, BCM, instrument cluster, body & chassis harnesses, fuses, relays, and even the tail lamps blew up..
